This weekend is about finding herbs, vegetables and some flowers for the house. After spending the last six months buried in pain indoors, sequestered mainly to the darkness of the bedroom, being outside in the sunshine is a wonderful experience. After visiting several farms in search of suitable plants for the garden, we landed at Providence Farms north of Oklahoma City.
During the search, I spotted a rusting relic tractor, just off the parking area, and couldn’t help but capture a few images with my Fujifilm X-Pro3 with the Mamiya SX 28mm f2.8 (1974) vintage lens with the Fotodiox DLX Stretch adapter. Focusing on the details of the mechanics of the tractor, I’m overwhelmed by all the experiences engaged by this essential farm implement. Oh the things this gal has seen over long years of service and laying around in forever retirement.
